F-A-L-L Birthday!

I love Fall.. even though Fall in Texas isn't really Fall!! I made this handsome birthday card for my uncle who lives in chilly Minnesota! To make my leaves these beautiful Fall colors, I used my stamping sponges paired with ink and very vanilla cardstock, and I am so happy with the result! I also utilized some awesome new items that can be found in the 2012 Holiday Catalog! This holiday catalog is good through January 2, 2013... need a copy? Thank You!

Betsy's Blossoms is one of my most favorite stamp sets from the new 2012-2013 Catalog! I used it here to make a few thank you cards. Please feel free to leave your comments, thank you for looking! The idea for this card came from a fellow stamper, Mercedes Weber, I made just a few changes to make it my own.

Directions for the box:

Lay the 6" side along the top of your scoring tool and score at 2.5" and 3.5"
Then turn your cardstock so that the 5.5" side is laying along the top of your scoring tool. Score at 1" and 4.5".
On the 5.5" sides cut along the score lines only until you get to the 1" score lines that run perpendicular.
Now fold your cardstock on all the score lines and assemble using Sticky Strip.
