Floral Framelit

I am loving the new Floral Framelit die! I made this flower and a little box to hold some treats. Directions for the box as well as a list of supplies are below the photos.

Supplies:

Cardstock
Pool Party Cardstock
Soft Suede Cardstock
Spice Cake Designer Series Paper (retired)

Accessories
Antique Brads
Paper Piercing Tool
Sticky Strip

Dies
Floral Frames Framelits to be used with the Big Shot

Directions for the box:
Cut your cardstock to 6"x5.5"
Lay the 6" side along the top of your scoring tool and score at 2.5" and 3.5"
Then turn your cardstock so that the 5.5" side is laying along the top of your scoring tool. Score at 1" and 4.5".
On the 5.5" sides cut along the score lines only until you get to the 1" score lines that run perpendicular.
Now fold your cardstock on all the score lines and assemble using Sticky Strip.

Here are what the Floral Frames Framelits look like:

Betsy's Blossoms

Betsy's Blossoms is a new stamp set in the 2012-2013 Catalog, and it has been one of my favorites so far! Below are two cards that I created with this set.

This first card features the new Floral District Designer Series Paper which I love because it is just so fresh and coordinates perfectly with Betsy's Blossoms! I used our newly reconfigured Firm Foam Classic Stampin' Pads in Baja Breeze and Daffodil Delight.. they are fantastic, leaving a crisp fully inked image each time! This card is a CASE from Vicki Burdick.

This next card is a CASE from Mary Fish. It also features Betsy's Blossoms:

Summer Smooches Treat Bag

I recently had a workshop and this is one of the projects that we made. This project idea came from my upline, Lisa Cool!
Pinwheels are very trendy this summer so I showcased this pinwheel in the Summer Smooches Designer Series Paper!
This little bag and box perfectly holds 2 Ghirardelli chocolate squares.. if you can stand to not eat them!! :)

So here is what you'll need to create this cute little gift:
Island Indigo cardstock
Real Red cardstock
Summer Smooches Designer Series Paper
Daffodil Delight cardstock (for the center of the pinwheel)
1/8" Silver Mini Brads
Daffodil Delight 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon
Linen Thread
Modern Label Punch
The stick used for the pinwheel is a sucker stick, Stampin' Up! does not sell this item but you can find them at Wal-Mart or your local hobby store.

It's a Bird, It's a Plane... It's Buzz LightBear!!

My cousin's son is turning 3 and is having a Toy Story themed birthday party so I thought it was appropriate to create Buzz LightBear!! :)

The Bear die that I used is unfortunately discontinued but he was just too perfect to not use! My inspiration came from a fellow stamper, Jana Yoder.
